Our Story

In 2013, mother/daughter duo Eileen and Emily O’Neall were moved to action after witnessing the realities faced by vulnerable children throughout Asia. With softened hearts, prayer, and research, they chose to respond through their shared love for music, creativity, and strong family bonds. Creative Hope International hosted our first Creative Arts Camp in Cambodia in 2014, partnering with a shelter that supports and empowers girls and women coming out of abuse and exploitation. At this camp, we discovered the power that music, dance, and art has in restoring identity, confidence, and hope. Over time, our work has expanded to include music programs at two partner schools in the Himalayan foothills, bringing music education and scholarship opportunities to students who might otherwise not have access under the guidance of local music educators.  Watch our ten-year celebration video below to learn more about us, our history, and our work!
